The CXT machine series is designed to produce four tenons with each cycle. Two parts are machined at once with production rates in excess of twenty five parts per minute. Round tenons, square tenons, and clipped tenons may all be done on this machine. CNC controls are used so all set ups are fast and repeatable. The machine is designed to produce one at a time or batches. Either way it is the fastest machine available. Other machining operations may also be incorporated into this style of machine. |

The ADM machine series is designed primarily for arched panels and top rails on cabinet doors. The machine may be used for straight work as well. The machine may be configured with a single shaping spindle or with multiple shaping spindles. Sanding may also be done with one or more spindles. HSK type spindles are standard for shaping. Larger machine configurations have two independent tables for more throughput. In addition tool changers are available. Hogging and finishing cutters may be stacked for versatility. All bearings are greatly oversized and located as close as possible to the cutters to produce the smoothest cut. A color touchscreen is used for programming with easy to use graphics. |
