The MMTX is a four-zone machine. Its primary use is for mitered cabinet doors. It has two independent tool carriages. One carriage does the mortise work and one carriage does the tenon work. The machine has a 15” color touchscreen with an industrial computer. Programs are written and recalled through the touchscreen. Three CNC controlled axes are used on each toolplate to cut the miter, mortise, and tenon. The machine has a total of six CNC controlled axes. Different programs may be used for different profiles. Changing from one program to the next can be done in seconds. |
